At its heart, Clinical Leader Forum is designed for executives engaged in the clinical trial process. When it comes to executing clinical trials, many do not have adequate resources and leverage, and cannot afford to throw money at CROs and gee-whiz technologies to make the problems go away. The cost for an industry pass is $499. Your ​registration ​provides ​access ​to ​all ​panel ​discussions, ​exhibit ​hall, ​and ​catered ​meals ​including ​the ​evening ​reception.

Clinical Leader Forum passes are all inclusive - conference sessions, exhibit hall access, and networking are included. The program is fully catered with an exceptional spread including breakfast, multiple networking breaks, lunch, and an evening reception. You won't leave hungry!

We encourage all attendees to pre-register so we can have your badge ready for you the morning of the conference. Also, all attendees who register at least three weeks prior will receive a personalized gift! But, if you're able to join us last minute, we're more than happy to register you on-site! Please bring a business card for registration.

Clinical Leader Forum is a laid back event, so we suggest wearing whatever makes you comfortable. Some attendees will wear business casual attire, some will be in suits, and some will wear jeans! The temperature can vary drastically in the large rooms like the one we’re hosting this event in, so we recommend bringing an extra layer.

Yes! You will not leave a Clinical Leader Forum event hungry! We provide breakfast, multiple networking breaks with snacks, lunch, and a networking reception that features a delectable spread.

Please notify Taylor Hayes at taylor.hayes@lifescienceconnect.com of your diet restrictions so we can coordinate with the venue ahead of the event.

Yes, each event will provide access to Wi-Fi. The network and login information will be provided on-site.

We encourage all attendees to take advantage of networking opportunities, so load up on business cards! Also, make sure you bring your appetite, as the event is fully catered with an exceptional spread.

There is on-site self-parking at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue for a fee of $5/day or valet parking for $10/day.

The closest garage is located on Merchants Row (a right-hand turn on State Street, Starbucks is on the corner)
