There is on-site self-parking at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue for a fee of $5/day or valet parking for $10/day.

Booth Sponsorship Details

Booth sponsorships include: 8' x 8' space, back/side black curtains, 6' black draped table with 6' x 2' full-color sponsor-provided logo or artwork, 24" round x 42" high bistro cocktail table, 2 tall chairs, wastebasket, post-show guest list (sent one-week after event, pre-show list not available for any reason), 2 show passes for company representatives & complimentary passes for industry guests. Booth selection will begin Wednesday, March 28th in the order in which the contracts were received.

Internet & Electric

Wi-Fi is available for free to our attendees and exhibitors. Hard wired internet and electric is not included with your booth but can be ordered. Order details will be available at a later date.

Pre-Registration List

Clinical Leader Forum does not provide pre-registration lists. If you have any questions or requests please contact your sales representative.

Material Deadlines

If you are sponsoring multiple events, we will use your materials for all events unless you advise otherwise. If you have sponsored previous years, we have included those materials in the Material Directory, but will update them according to your Material Submission.

Logo or Artwork for Tablecloth
Due: Wednesday, April 18th

We will be printing your full-color logo and/or artwork on a black tablecloth for optional display at your booth (included in the booth sponsorship).

Specifications: Please submit a logo that is suitable for a black background. If submitting artwork, please design in landscape orientation, time to 6' w x 2' h and add 3/8" for bleed (live matter 2" from trim).

You can view your company's submitted materials in our Airtable database! If you notice an changes/corrections that should be made, you can resubmit the section(s) in the Material Submission form.

(Please note: materials are not automatically uploaded upon submission. We will process them and add to the directory in a timely fashion!)

Register Your Team

Reserve Your Badge

To ensure that your staff has a badge ready upon arrival on-site, please make sure they are registered at least one week prior to the event. In order to receive a personalized notebook, staff must be register three weeks prior to the event start date.

Event sponsor passes are non-transferable and can be used only by representatives from the sponsoring company. Passes include all program activities, including conference sessions and meals.

Please follow the instructions below to redeem the complimentary passes included in your event sponsorship package:

Visit the Registration page. Choose pass type "Solution Provider" and enter your unique code that was provided via email in the "Promo Code" session. Your company code is also located in the Material Submission section. Additional passes can be purchased at the industry rate using promo code "EXTRA5340".
